SHIPPING:

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150.

All other shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for a tracking number to become available. It is not unheard of for you to receive your order before the tracking is available- this is not in our control, the USPS manages the tracking.

Business days are M-F and exclude national holidays.

*Items that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will be charged additional shipping fees.*

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept your return and issue you a store credit up to 21 days from order fullfillment. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Returned items must be in original, unworn condition and must have tags attached. Items must be unwashed, odor free, (this includes cigarette smoke, perfumes as well as any other smell), and must be free of pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they show signs of wear, have an odor, or do not meet the above criteria.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Jewelry cannot be returned.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or if a package is lost or misplaced, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to liase with the shipping carrier.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages. The purchaser must communicate with the carrier to resolve this issue. Once we release a package to a shipping company, it becomes their responsibility.
